About Naghamy Health
Naghamy Health was founded by Dr. Khaled Aboeldahab to give clinics in Egypt and the Arab world practical tools for records, documentation, prescribing and patient flow — built around how clinical work is really done.

Clinical work in intensive care, where documentation, handover and decisions have to be fast, clear and accurate.
Experience with the prescribing, follow-up and record-keeping that infection management demands.
Management experience in long-term care (LTC) and intensive care units (ICU), from staffing and workflow to quality and records.
Work across health systems in the Gulf and in Egypt, with their different regulations, languages and patient expectations.
Most clinical software is designed far from the clinics that use it. Doctors in Egypt and the region switch between Arabic and English in the same sentence, prescribe from a local formulary, reach patients on WhatsApp, and often run a practice with a small team. Tools built for other markets ask them to adapt to the software instead of the other way round.
Dr. Khaled Aboeldahab started Naghamy Health after seeing that gap from the clinical side — in intensive care, in infectious diseases, and in managing long-term care and ICU services in the Gulf and Egypt. The aim is simple: software that saves clinicians time, keeps the clinician in charge of every decision, and treats patient data with care.
AI output is always a draft: the clinician reviews, corrects and approves it. Each practice gets its own isolated database, records are hosted in the European Union, and every sub-processor is named in our Privacy Policy. More detail is on the security page.

Less admin. More medicine.
Clinical-record storage in the European Union is separate from AI processing. MediVoice sends audio to AssemblyAI through OpenRouter for final transcription, and to Groq for preview or fallback. Transcript structuring uses Anthropic with Groq as fallback, unless a practice configures another provider. These services involve US providers and cross-border processing; EU record hosting does not mean audio and text stay in Europe. Provider retention depends on the service and agreement; we do not promise zero retention by third parties.
