Which clinical scores are included?
The collection includes CHA₂DS₂-VASc, Wells for pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis, CURB-65, qSOFA, SOFA and APACHE II. Inputs and result formats vary by tool. Review the selected score definition and its references before use.
How do I use a calculator?
Choose a score in the application, review its input labels and units, enter the values, and read the displayed result, interpretation and references. Check that the score applies to the population and situation you are assessing. Avoid entering patient identifiers into a tool that does not require them.
Does a score provide a diagnosis or treatment decision?
No. A calculator helps a clinician apply a defined score; its result alone does not establish a diagnosis or select treatment. The clinician reviews the inputs, limitations and clinical context before using the result.
How does it relate to the other Naghamy Health products?
Calculators are a separate tool from the medical-record product page. Explore Aegis EMR for records, MediVoice for voice documentation, and AI Prescriptions for Arabic and English prescribing. The product pages explain the purpose of each tool.
