1. Acceptance
By using any Naghamy Health product, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide clinical software tools including electronic medical records, AI-powered voice documentation, telehealth video visits, queue management, AI prescribing, clinical risk calculators, and drug interaction screening.
3. Professional Responsibility
Our products are clinical decision-support tools. They do not replace professional medical judgment. The clinician remains responsible for all clinical decisions, prescriptions, and patient care.
4. Drug Interaction Checker — Beta
The Drug Interaction Checker screens against a curated dataset of 270 clinically significant pairs across 151 medications. A result of "no known interactions" covers only the pairs in our dataset and does not rule out all interactions. Always verify with a pharmacist.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Paymob, and/or PayPal depending on your location and the product. Each processor's terms apply to your transaction.
AI fair-use allowance. Each subscription includes a daily allowance of AI medication suggestions: 150 per day on solo plans, 150 per doctor per day on team plans (allowances are per seat and are not pooled across a clinic), and 25 per day during the free trial. The allowance resets at midnight Cairo time; unused suggestions do not carry over. This limit applies only to AI-generated suggestions — writing, editing, printing, emailing and storing prescriptions and patient records is not limited, and remains available if the daily AI allowance is reached. These limits are set well above normal clinical use and exist to prevent automated or abusive use of the service; contact us if your practice genuinely needs a higher allowance. We may adjust these allowances with notice. Any reduction takes effect from your next billing term and never during a term already paid for.
6. AI Processing
Clinical-record storage in the European Union is separate from AI processing. MediVoice sends audio to AssemblyAI through OpenRouter for final transcription, and to Groq for preview or fallback. Transcript structuring uses Anthropic with Groq as fallback, unless a practice configures another provider. These services involve US providers and cross-border processing; EU record hosting does not mean audio and text stay in Europe. Provider retention depends on the service and agreement; we do not promise zero retention by third parties. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion arrangements.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to process data unlawfully, attempt to access other tenants' data, or reverse-engineer our systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naghamy Health LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
