1. Acceptance
By using any Naghamy Health product, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide clinical software tools including electronic medical records, AI-powered voice documentation, telehealth video visits, queue management, AI prescribing, clinical risk calculators, and drug interaction screening.
3. Professional Responsibility
Our products are clinical decision-support tools. They do not replace professional medical judgment. The clinician remains responsible for all clinical decisions, prescriptions, and patient care.
4. Drug Interaction Checker — Beta
The Drug Interaction Checker screens against a curated dataset of 270 clinically significant pairs across 151 medications. A result of "no known interactions" covers only the pairs in our dataset and does not rule out all interactions. Always verify with a pharmacist.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Paymob, and/or PayPal depending on your location and the product. Each processor's terms apply to your transaction.
6. AI Processing
Our AI features transmit your content to third-party AI providers for processing. Voice documentation transmits recorded audio to Groq Inc. for transcription; the resulting transcript is transmitted to Anthropic PBC for structuring, with Groq Inc. as a fallback provider. Content is transmitted for processing only and is not retained by us. Providers may change; the current list is available on request at privacy@naghamyhealth.com.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to process data unlawfully, attempt to access other tenants' data, or reverse-engineer our systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naghamy Health LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
